Understand Your Target Market

This is a FREE Workshop sponsored by DECD.  Preregistration is required.

Whether you’ve never started a business before, or have run a company for the last 10 years, understanding your target market (customers) and being able to define your brand is key to your future success. It is critical to understand the mindset of positioning and how to think like your customers.

In this workshop, we will help you understand:

  • how your product is perceived in the marketplace
  • how to differentiate yourself from competitors
  • and how to reach your target market by creating a brand that sticks.

Join us for this 2 hour workshop, full of practical examples and group breakout sessions
