Gwendolyn is the president of NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners), Memphis.  She is partner in a company where she serves as lead consultant in the areas of: Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Performance Management

Victoria Ragland has worked in the Retail Banking industry for 18 years.  She has earned her Professional MBA from the University of Memphis.  She is currently a Senior Vice President with Pinnacle Financial Partners, where she manages the Memphis Headquarters Branch on Shady Grove.  

Lydia Frank has been creating jewelry since the age of ten.   She founded and runs the Pindi House Collection that brings together antique and vintage elements to create a collection of wearable timeless pieces that convey subtle elegance in a contemporary style.
