 Emcee: William R. (Bill) Barker is the West Florida Regional President of Gannett Company, as well as publisher and president of the Naples Daily News and The News-Press, community publications, and related digital products. He also oversees the newspaper operations in Tallahassee and Pensacola.  Barker last served as vice president, regional publisher of the Journal Media Group overseeing operations at its newspapers in Naples and Florida’s Treasure Coast, as well as in Knoxville, Tennessee; Anderson, South Carolina; and Evansville, Indiana. Barker joined the Daily News in fall 2013 as regional publisher and chief revenue officer after nearly a decade overseeing newspaper and media operations in the Tampa Bay area, including serving as president and publisher of The Tampa Tribune, St. Petersburg Tribune and TBO.com. 

Lisa O’Neil System Director, Marketing and Brand Development, Lee Health  has dedicated her career to Health care marketing with over 20 years of success building brand awareness and driving volume by executing marketing and public relations strategies.  Lisa is new to SW Florida and currently is serving as System Director, Marketing and Brand Development for Lee Health.  Lisa and her family moved from the Chicago Illinois area in August, 2017 where she most recently served as Regional Director, Public Affairs, Advocate Health Care. Lisa resides in Naples with her husband Chris and mini golden doodle.  She has three adult children that are pursuing their careers in Illinois and enjoy visiting their parents in their vacation home.

  Lynn Schneider, APR, CPRC, is the Director of Marketing and Communications for Shell Point Retirement Community. Lynn has been with Shell Point for 20 years, and oversees marketing, advertising, and public relations for the organization; manages internal communications to 2,400 residents and more than 1,000 employees; and serves as the public spokesperson for the community. She is accredited in Public Relations and certified as a Public Relations Counselor by the Florida Public Relations Association. She served as president of the SW Chapter of FPRA in 1990 and president of the State Association in 1999. Lynn has received numerous awards including PRProfessional of the Year and the prestigious John Dillin Award for Public Relations. She is a member of Rotary and has served on the boards of directors for numerous non-profit organizations throughout Southwest Florida

  Victoria B. Moreland, Lee County Port Authority, director of communications and marketing in May 2007. The department is responsible for the promotion and marketing of Southwest Florida International Airport and Page Field through public information and marketing campaigns, as well as special events, community and media relations, corporate citizenship and employee communications. Prior to joining the Port Authority, she held executive management positions in marketing, public relations, airport administration, government affairs and strategic planning for several U.S. airlines. Moreland is a member of the Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association where she was recognized as the 2015 Unsung Hero, the 2014 Public Relations Professional of the Year and the 2010 Chapter Member of the Year for her work and contribution to the chapter to name a few.

 

  Joshua Savage, Marketing Account Manager for CONRIC PR and Marketing Originally from Washington State, Joshua Savage is the marketing account executive at CONRIC PR & Marketing. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Savage began his marketing journey assisting in the planning and coordination of nationwide brand interactions for Fortune 500 companies. Savage now assists CONRIC’s diverse portfolio of local and national clients bring their brand to life in the digital realm by managing strategy and implementation of websites, e-newsletters, social media, blogs and more. Brian Chapman is a lifelong resident of Southwest Florida and one of three siblings to have graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU). In 2009, Brian founded State Insurance Agency, a southwest Florida Independent Insurance agency that provides both commercial and residential insurance products from Marco Island to Sarasota.
