Process Mapping 

Schedule: Tuesday, January 30 and Wednesday, January 31; 9:00AM - 5:00PM

Location: UWF Fort Walton Beach, Building 8 Room 835

Tuition: $1,000 (no cost to NWFMC members)

Course Objectives: Process mapping allows examination of a business’s organizational structure, removal of ineffective practices and errors, implementation of changes, and improvement of customer satisfaction. By examining a business’s core processes, one will be able to implement improvements that will make a business more efficient. Instructors experienced in various industries will teach attendees how to improve businesses via process mapping. Because business processes are essential to connecting with customers, it is necessary to understand a business’s core processes.
