Regional Stability: U.S.-Turkey Strategic Alliance and Cooperation under NATO

On February 18, Turkey will celebrate the 66th anniversary of its membership in NATO. Since it joined in 1952, Turkey has been a critical part of the alliance. Turkey's membership in NATO is also a core component of its bilateral relationship with the U.S.
