How to Resolve IRS Debt
What rights do business owners have when faced with more than $10,000 of IRS debt? This workshop will answer that question and others.
The IRS is the largest and most aggressive debt collector. Operating under the Department of Treasury, the agency has access to personal and business financial information to impose bank levies, wage garnishments and involuntary property seizures to satisfy uncollected tax debt. So what rights do business owners have when faced with more than $10,000 of IRS debt?
This seminar will answer that question and others such as:
Can I negotiate my payroll taxes?
How do I get an IRS lien removed?
How can I get an IRS levy released?
Will the IRS seize my business assets to satisfy tax debt?
How does an Offer in Compromise work? Will filing bankruptcy shelter me from IRS debt?
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions during and after the presentation.
