Eisenhower Award Dinner & Gala
Honoring General Larry O. Spencer, USAF (Ret)
The Dwight D. Eisenhower Award is named after the most illustrious alumnus of the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, now known simply as the Eisenhower School. Sponsored by the ICAF-ES Alumni Association, the prestigious award is presented to those who have made an exceptional contribution to the integration of the technological and industrial resources of the nation resulting in a strong U.S. national security and industrial base.
Please join us in honoring General Larry O. Spencer, USAF (Ret), ICAF 1994 at this year's gala. As the Air Force Association's top executive, General Spencer directs the association's professional staff. He is responsible for the management and operations of AFA, AFA Veteran Benefits Association, and the Air Force Memorial Foundation. He also holds the position of publisher of Air Force Magazine, the official journal of the Air Force Association, which has approximately 94,000 members.
Retiring as a four-star general, Spencer spent more than 40 years in the Air Force. His last assignment was as the Vice Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force, Washington, D.C. In this capacity, Spencer was the second highest ranking military member in the Air Force. He presided over the Air Staff and served as a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Requirements Oversight Council and Deputy Advisory Working Group. He assisted the Chief of Staff of the Air Force with organizing, training, and equipping of the 690,000 active-duty, Guard, Reserve, and civilian forces serving in the United States and overseas.

Balsamic Glazed Breast of Chicken: Locally raised Amish chicken stuffed with creamy brie and caramelized shallots, foraged mushroom-truffle risotto, swiss chard, baby tomoatoes, raost chicken jus lié.
Lobster Crusted Chilean Sea Bass: Lobster mousseline, fine herb brioche crumb, artichoke ravioli, meyer lemon-chive chardonnay vin blanc, artichoke puree, asparagus.
