Creating Effective Business Plans Part I

(AprilIf you want to start a business or have already done so, and don't have a plan, you may find yourself going off in the wrong direction.  There are a number of issues that you must consider in developing your business plan.  

Part I will explore what those issues are, and what questions you might want to answer before committing to your dream.  

Part II (April 26, 2018) will focus on writing the business plan and assessing the feasibility of your business.

Our speaker is Greg Czarnecki, a certified public accountant and MBA, with years of experience as a controller, vice president for operations and finance, and chief financial officer.  He started and ran his own small business and has experienced all of the challenges and rewards of being in that position.   In addition to mentoring as a SCORE member, Greg is an adjunct professor, teaching business courses at a local university.
