Help With Yelp: Reputation Management Workshop
In today’s community-driven market, consumers are turning to review sites like Yelp to decide where to spend their money more than ever before, and small businesses need to be there to respond to all of their customers’ reviews, concerns, and requests. That’s why I’m excited to host a workshop to help you respond to reviews on Yelp to protect your online reputation. Managing your reviews on Yelp is a great way to strengthen relationships with current customers and show off your excellent customer service to future customers.
Workshop Talking Points:
1. Claim and optimize your Yelp page
2. Respond to both positive and negative reviews
3. Flag reviews that violate Yelp’s guidelines
4. Cross-promote your Yelp page on other social platforms
Geoffrey Brown will lead this workshop and is a member of Main Street Hub's local business outreach team. He has worked at Main Street Hub since 2015 finding success with social media and online reputation management for local businesses. He has put to practice his experience with Yelp, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for these businesses and is looking forward to sharing what he has learned with new audiences
