This general introduction to marketing will explain how the marketing process works. Steve will help you identify your most relevant marketing goals and design appropriate marketing strategies to achieve those goals. He will show you how to choose your target market, how to use marketing research to better focus your marketing efforts, how to define and build your brand, and how to evaluate which marketing options to use and how best to use them.

Steve is a SCORE volunteer with 30 years experience in the marketing and advertising industry where he focused on consumer products and services. He served in account management positions as well as overall company management for regional/national/global advertising agencies and worked with clients from a variety of industries. For about 8 years he taught marketing and advertising classes at the university and community college level.
