Celebrity Health & Life Coach
"It's not about doing more, turning your world upside down, or being perfect. It's about being more uniquely you and leveraging that for ease and prosperity."
A WFS Conference favorite, Karlee Fain joins us as this year's Keynote Speaker. Karlee is the founder of Every Body Thrive, a soulful company that helps people with full lives learn what is never taught to us in school - how to operate from a place of balance and ease so you have more energy to do the things you love. Karlee blends soul with science, helping driven women get clear, focused, and to the next level in their career, health, and relationships. She will be infusing group and breakout sessions with her enthusiasm and vitality throughout the conference weekend, including co-facilitating a newly-revamped Welcome Ceremony with WFS President Karen Hamm, keynote presentation on Saturday morning, and plenary session on Sunday. Learn more about Karlee at everybodythrive.com and check out her page on Facebook at facebook.com/everybodythrive/.
Let It Go
What have you released from your life since entering recovery? What are you still holding on to? What positive things have filled the space created? This weekend will be an exploration of how to let go of that which no longer serves us and how to expand and grow healthfully into our new selves.
Level of Recovery 2 - Discarding Negativity
Statement 2 - Negative thoughts destroy only myself.
Statement 4 - Problems bother me only to the degree I permit.
Statement 9 - The past is gone forever.
All women in recovery from Substance Use Disorders are welcome to join us for this weekend celebrating the New Life Program! Enjoy time with 4C women and participate in presentations, workshops, discussion groups, and meetings all focused on building our New Lives. Look forward to:

Fees
$300 Base Registration Fee includes 2 nights' lodging, 6 catered meals, 3 large-group sessions, and your choice of 4 out of 13 breakout sessions. (New $200 Day Pass includes everything except lodging.)
$55 additional charge to add Thursday night lodging ($75 for single room)
$85 additional charge for single room (shared bathroom)
$27 to $30 for optional Friday activities (please see full Schedule and Events)
Lodging included in the Registration Base Fee is for a double room in Donahue Hall on the DeSales University campus. Dorm rooms are furnished with two beds, dressers, desks, and armoires. Each room has its own sink and mirror, and a toilet and shower room are shared between 2 rooms. Base Fee includes a shared room; you may choose a roommate or let us choose one for you. Single rooms are available for an additional charge; please note that toilet/shower area will still be shared with another guest.
Staying in the dorm is a fun way to bond with other attendees - and save a little cash. Women are seen visiting in common areas late into the night, and there are often meetings and other activities in the building. The number of rooms in Donahue Hall is typically suitable for our group; however, if many women request single rooms, overflow accomodations in another building may be neccessary. For women who prefer to stay in a hotel, a Day Pass rate is available this year.
Registration fees include six hot meals prepared by DeSales kitchen staff, with the exception of Sunday lunch, which is deli-style to allow women who need to leave right at noon to "grab and go." All meals listed on the Schedule of Events above are included in your registration fee, including the Pizza Party on Thursday night.
Coffee will be available in the dorm lobby throughout the weekend. Women often bring snacks and other goodies to share; buffet tables will be available in the lobby.
Travel Information
Traveling by Air
Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) - 12 miles/20 minutes from campus.
Ground Transportation: Lehigh Valley Transportation Services, 610-867-6000, and Elite Limosine, 800-950-1441. Taxis are generally available at the airport, but you may wish to call ahead of time for early or late arrival; 24 hours notice preferred for rides from campus on Sunday.
Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) - 62 miles/90 minutes from campus.
PHL is a major hub for many airlines so airfare is usually cheaper, but ground transportation costs are higher. Drive time is increased due to having to pass through downtown Philadelphia.
Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) - 80 miles/80 minutes from campus.
Many women choose to fly into PHL or EWR and carpool to campus. Carpools are often arranged by posting on the WFS Conference News category in WFS Online (www.womenforsobrietyonline.com).
