Patient advocates, community members, health care providers, insurers and policymakers will hear evidence about health care cost drivers and proposed solutions, and participate in interactive discussions to find collaborative solutions for Utah.

Keynote Speaker
Lynn Quincy, M.A., directs the Healthcare Value Hub, a networking and resource center that seeks to contain health care costs and improve quality. The Hub is part of Altarum, a company that identifies and solves the critical system issues that impact the health of a diverse and changing population. For three decades, Ms. Quincy has worked on a broad range of health reform issues, with a primary focus on protections for consumers, insurance reforms, and synthesizing the evidence with respect to interventions that can contain health care costs and improve quality. Prior to Altarum, Ms. Quincy held senior positions at Consumers Union, the policy and advocacy arm of Consumer Reports; Mathematica Policy Research, Inc., the Institute for Health Policy Solutions and Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now Willis Towers Watson). She holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Maryland.
