Naples:Ethics in Business Monday, April 9th 

Our panel program will help define business ethics as the set of moral rules that govern how businesses operate, how business decisions are made and how people are treated. In business, there are many different people you have to answer to: customers, shareholders, and clients. Determining what to do when an ethical dilemma arises from these different interests can be extremely tricky, and as such, business ethics are complex and multi-faceted. 

   Meet our Emcee: Dawn-Marie Driscoll, Emeritus Executive Fellow, Hoffman Center for Business Ethics at Bentley University. An attorney, she holds an honorary Doctor of Arts degree from Regis College, an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from Suffolk University, and an honorary Doctor of Commercial Science degree from Bentley University for her leadership in business ethics.

 MICHAEL A. WYNN, Board Chairman, President of Sunshine Ace Hardware A native of Naples, FL, Michael is currently President of the family’s chain of Ace Hardware stores, as well as Chairman of the Wynn Family Board of Directors. In 2014, Michael received the hardware industry’s Top Gun Award presented by the National Retail Hardware Association. In the same year he was also recognized as a finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award and was inducted into the SWFL Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame. Actively involved in the Southwest Florida business and civic community, he is the Immediate Past Chair of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce and Chair-Elect of the Leadership Collier Foundation. Michael is married to his wife, Paula, and has two daughters, Sydney and Olivia.

 

 Garrett S. Richter serves as President, CEO, and Director of First Florida Integrity Bank  

Garrett Richter serves as President, CEO, and Director of First Florida Integrity Bank, and as President and Director of TGR Financial, Inc.  He was President Pro Tempore of the Florida Senate from 2012 to 2016, completing his final term in November 2016. Garrett is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and the Graduate School of Banking at Madison, Wisconsin. 

Karen Conley is the Founder/CEO of Charity for Change, a character education and charity curriculum. Volunteer service includes co-founding Naples Therapeutic Riding Center and serving on several Boards and Committees.
