Presenter

Adam St. Mary BBSI
Business Development Manager

Adam has a love for business, coaching, and speaking that blossomed while running an in-home appliance repair business.  After being exposed to BBSI’s services from being a client for multiple years, the decision was made to partner with their mission.  He believes that in order to do business well you have to learn to do life well, and therefore has been a student of business and leadership for many years.

Adam has a deep desire to encourage, support, and inspire others to do the things that inspire them – especially business owners.  His goal in life is to have as many people at his funeral as possible and plans to do that by living his life’s motto of having a positive impact in the lives of the people he touches.

Adam’s infectious energy and authenticity comes across in all he does, whether on stage or in person.

The Art of Customer Service: Internal and external customers

Is the ‘customer always right’? Is that the question we should be asking as customer service representatives? Customer service is a combination of science (technique) and art - a skill at doing a specified thing acquired through practice. This workshop will focus on the art of customer service – understanding why techniques do and do not work.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • Why cause is greater than effect.
  • How business acumen plays a role in customer service.
  • Difference between customer service and customer experience.
  • The golden rule of customer service.
  • Share event details and include a compelling event related image.
