Please join us to BOOST Rocky Mountain & Front Range BEST Hubs to bring robotics competitions to over 700 area Middle and High School students at no cost to their schools.

$35 (with $15 Tax Deductible) in advance or at the door (includes one $5 silent auction coupon).
The first $5,000 (including donations) will be matched by a generous donor making your donation go even further to support our students.

SILENT AUCTION

Hors d'oeuvres* and quick easy pasta sauce cooking demonstration by Chef Greg Boynton

Meet Abraham Lincoln High School and STEM Academy students and see their team robots!  

*MENU:
  • Classic Italian meat balls, parmesan, mascarpone tomato sauce, fresh oregano (Gf)
  • Shrimp scampi, parsley, roasted garlic, warm bread
  • Grilled corn bread, Caprese salad, fresh mozzarella, tomato, red onion, evoo, basil (veg)

Casual attire

- Silent Auction, Hors D'oeuvres and Student Robot Demo 5:30-7:00 PM
- Program Begins and Student Introduction 7:00 PM
- Cooking Demonstation & Tasting 7:20-8:00 PM
- Cash 'n Carry and "Buy it Now" Priced Items Checkout starting 6:00 PM
- Silent Auction Checkout 8:00-8:30 PM

Please use this SignUp.com link http://signup.com/go/fJhLcAK to volunteer to help us make the fundraiser successful.  

Setup   3:00pm - 5:00pm   This crew is responsible for taking pictures of the BAC areas for cleanup, put away BAC specific items (and remember the locations they were placed), arrange table cloths, flowers, and silent auction items, set up location for robot demonstration and seating for cooking demonstration.  

Microphone   5:30pm - 7:30pm  He/she who carries a microphone and speaks to the crowd. 

Registration   5:00pm - 8:00pm   The registration crew is responsible to sign in guests and process payments for guests who did not pay in advance.  

Cash and Carry Table   6:00pm - 8:00pm  This crew is responsible for processing payments for cash and carry items. 

Gather Items/Runners   7:00pm - 8:30pm  This crew collects the bid cards, organizes bid cards by winning bid number, then collects all items for each bidder. 

Check Out  7:30pm - 9:00pm  This crew is responsible for totaling silent auction item purchases and processing payment for each bidder.  

Cleanup   8:00pm - 9:00pm   This crew is responsible for packing up all silent auction items that were not purchased, BEST owned items (vases, table cloths, signage, etc.), and verify that all BAC items are put back to the original arrangement.
