QuickBooks Desktop Part 2 (not for Online or Mac)

This workshop does NOT cover QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks for a Mac.

Learn how to customize QB for your company using the preferences.  Learn more about setting up items for invoicing and customizing invoices.  Learn tips for faster and easier bookkeeping and learn more about reports you need for your business.

You can do your own bookkeeping and control all your finances in-house! This class demonstrates all the basics so you can get started right away.

This is a lecture-format workshop on PC. You will receive comprehensive handouts to follow the computer-based visual demonstration. You may bring a laptop for hands-on participation, but individual computer issues cannot be addressed during the workshop.

It is recommended, but not required, that QuickBooks Basic Part 1 be completed before attending QuickBooks Basic Part 2. 

 

Presenter: 

Sandy Rehart graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Redlands. She has over 30 years' experience in accounting and business leadership. Sandy is a QuickBooks Pro-Advisor and Certified in QuickBooks Online. She is the owner of Sandy Rehart Accounting Services where she works with clients in several industries including non-profit, medical, retail and technology. Before opening her own practice, Sandy worked as a controller for companies in diverse industries including manufacturing, construction, marketing, technology, government contracting and medical supply. Sandy has been married for over 30 years, has two adult daughters and a 3-year old granddaughter.
