FREE WORKSHOP: LEGAL TOPICS IN STARTING A SMALL BUSINESS IN CALIFORNIA  

Come to the workshop to learn about: 

•           The principal types of legal business structures available in California

•           Practical considerations to starting your business

•           Responsibilities of small business owners 

•           During the workshop, a SCORE volunteer will be available to assist attendees with business questions.

•           After the workshop, volunteer attorneys will be available to assist attendees who meet the income eligibility guidelines of the Public Law Center*
