This law is formally called "Tax Cut and Jobs Act of December 20, 2017". This is the first time the tax code has been revised in 30 years. It is 500 pages long but you can gain an insight to its' contents in 37 minutes via this presentation.
We do not intend to make you a tax expert or supply all of the implementation details since these are still being interpreted by Congress and the IRS. The Minnesota Legislature has a large task of determining how Minnesota will integrate these changes into our laws. However, you can determine which change affects you or your business and then follow that feature it is interpretated.
