This workshop shares a set of lessons learned during the daily operations of a business. Spanning Sales, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and more, each scenario is presented in a problem-faced, lesson-learned format and each is no more than a few minutes long. The lessons presented apply to business of all types.

Your presenter is Matthew Krieger, a technologist and executive with over 20 years experience in Information Technology and manufacturing with Cober, Inc., where he is responsible for engineering, business development and sales. Matt serves on the board of two non-profit organizations and is a SCORE mentor.
