How To Write an Effective Business Plan

This workshop is just the thing to help entrepreneurs of a startup or existing company develop a viable business plan to get their company growing in the right direction. You will walk away with a draft plan, saving you upwards of 80 hours of work time.

How to Write An Effective Business Plan is designed as a highly interactive workshop. Attendees engage in step-by-step exercises throughout the session, covering all sections of a business plan that can ultimately function as a blueprint to build your company and/or to obtain funding. [Note: financial projections are not discussed in detail due to time limitations. These are covered in our workshop, Financial Projections Made Easy.]

What You Will Learn

  • What sections you need in the plan and how to make it an actionable document
  • Guidance to create your all-importnatMission Statement (you might even leave with yours done)
  • How to select and target the right customer segment(s)
  • An approach to figuring out your Marketing/Promotional strategy
  • How and where to find key information for your plan

“Very insightful on key points of business plan!”    Mike J.
