He is an expert in leadership and organizational behavior with a bias for action and proven success in leading premier organizations through growth, profitability, and sustained competitive advantage. In addition, he guest lectures and teaches graduate level studies at accredited universities in organizational behavior, leadership, critical thinking, and business strategy. He is a graduate of the University of Oxford in England and holds 3 graduate degrees along with a doctorate in leadership and organizational behavior. His undergraduate degree is from the University of South Florida.
