About Speaker Bob Melberth:
Bob Melberth is a hospitality industry veteran with officer level positions held with McDonald's, Wendy's, Popeyes Chicken and Beef O'Brady's. He has also been a franchise owner/operator in three separate concepts. His expertise lies in operations leadership, operational and strategic planning as well as performance management systems. He has been a Manasota SCORE Mentor since August of 2010.
