Andrew R. Friedman is a partner in the law firm Friedman, Rosenwasser & Goldbaum, P.A., with offices in Boca Raton, Florida, and Paris, Kentucky.  Mr. Friedman graduated from New England School of Law (J.D., 1984) and Columbia University (B.A., 1978).  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1984 and the Kentucky Bar in 1998.

Mr. Friedman's practice areas include general business law, franchising, licensing, and mergers and acquisitions.  The firm's clients include domestic and international businesses and business people in a wide range of industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, wholesale, retail, services businesses of all types, franchising, and renewable energy.
