Why is this important?  Think of this example, your company is in the business of reselling wholesale consumer products which are stored in a warehouse.  NASA launches a space probe from Vandenburg in California.  The probe goes off track and falls into the warehouse, destroying the inventory.  As the business owner who should you call?  The insurance agent who sold you the disaster and business interruption insurance, the accountant to calculate the value of the inventory and the cost of lost business or the lawyer to sue NASA.  Come to the workshop to find out!
