Presenter: Jeffrey Costa

Jeffrey Costa is an AVP and Trust Officer at First County Advisors, the Wealth Management Division of First County Bank in Stamford, CT. He provides financial planning, investment management, and trust services to clients. He has taught onsite financial education programs to hundreds of employees at various Fortune 500 companies in the tristate area.  Jeffrey earned a B.A. degree in Economics and Political Science from UCONN. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner® designation.

Presenter: Stephen Napier

Stephen Napier is an attorney at Ivey, Barnum & O’Mara in Greenwich, CT. He practices in the areas of tax and estate planning, trust and estate administration and business succession planning.  He received his J.D. from the UCONN School of Law, where he served as an Editor of the CT Law Review, and received his B.A. in Political Science, from UCONN.  Mr. Napier is admitted to practice in CT and is a member of the Greenwich, Fairfield County, Connecticut and American Bar Associations.
