Robert Chan, Realtor Century 21 - Robert has been a realtor since 2016 and is the owner of Hometrade4U LLC, a real estate investment company. He provides consultation services to clients on buying and selling properties. Robert has experience with marketing, searching, funding, rehabilitating, negotiations and creative exit strategies in single-family properties. Robert has held various engineering positions in the oil and gas industry and has a BS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of New Orleans.
Kevin Vader, Realtor Century 21 - Kevin is an Owner and Broker for Century 21 Top Reality. He has 16 years experience in property management, property renovations, evaluating investment properties, contract negotiation and commercial real estate.
