  In 1995 Theo Etzel moved to Naples, FL to assume the position of president and CEO of Conditioned Air. At the time it was a $2.7 million company in the residential HVAC market. The company has grown to become a $50 million, regional organization in the residential and light commercial markets. Conditioned Air employs nearly 350 full-time co-workers and has branch offices in Ft. Myers and Sarasota. The company recapitalized in 2015 with Gemini Investors, a private equity firm from Boston. Theo remains Chairman of the Board after recently promoting current president, Tim Dupre, to CEO. He is immediate past Chairman of the Board of Encore Bank, that successfully sold to Lake Michigan Credit Union this past April. In October of 2011, Theo was inducted into the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame in Collier County and named a Man of Distinction in 2013, and a Champion in 2017 by the Collier County Champions for Learning. Theo is the author of the book, Invest Your Heartbeats Wisely, (Greenleaf Book Group Press) released in April, 2016. The book focuses on practical, philosophical and principled leadership concepts for business and life.

  Karen Williams Mosteller partner at Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Company, P.A.Karen is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Healthcare Business Consultant with Markham Norton Mosteller Wright & Company.  She has been a partner in the firm for 18 years and her passion is to help businesses grow, run smoothly, improve profitability, and to be a part of their management team.  In addition to tax planning and preparation her specialty areas include strategic planning, assisting in business startup, and various operational areas in a client’s business.  She works closely with businesses to ensure that they can achieve the maximum success in their industry. 


 Susan K. Moyer opened her first business at the age of 23.  Over the years she has opened, successfully ran, and sold several business of her own.  In 2000 she decided to turn her business talents toward Business Brokerage, and help other business owner sell their successful businesses to buyers wanting the American dream.  As owner of Cadeau & Company, Inc. she specializes in business sales, mergers and acquisitions, business brokerage and commercial real estate.  Her sales back ground includes: health care, service businesses, retail, professional firms, restaurants, food stores, manufacturing, automotive, self-storage, mobile home parks, marinas, technology, executive office suites, shipping /logistics, franchises, and visa immigration businesses.   Business owners ask for her consultation as one of their trusted confidential advisers when they plan to exit from their business.  This processes is very confidential and takes many months of planning and completion.  Opening and closing meeting will be Ursula Pfahl Vice President of Business Development at Bigham Jewelers  Ursula Pfahl, a native of Germany, began her career in higher education, as a college professor and university administrator. Her responsibilities included university relations, fundraising management, the university’s events and the supervision of the academic support services.The move to Naples provided the opportunity to transition from academia into business, most notably the fine jewelry retail business.For 15 years, Ursula was the VP Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of Yamron Jewelers. Upon the sale of that company, Kathy Bigham offered Ursula a new opportunity with Bigham Jewelers.Ursula has happily served as Bigham Jewelers’ Vice-President of Business Development for the past five years
