Part 1: Get Found on Google Search and Maps
Explore Google My Business, a free tool for local businesses, who want to connect with customers on Google Search and Maps. Get hands-on help creating or updating your listing, and take advantage of a free website.

Part 2:Intro to Online Marketing
Learn how customers find your business online and how to promote your online presence using search engine optimization (SEO) and online advertising. We’ll also introduce tools that will help you run your business online, including Google Analytics and Trends.

Part 3:Make Your Website Work for You
If you’re launching a new business website (or sprucing up an old site), this workshop will help. Learn how to create a search-friendly site that’s useful for customers and supports your business goals.

NSTRUCTOR: - Romona Foster is a highly endorsed social media trainer and consultant teaching small businesses and nonprofits how to leverage and brand their businesses through the use of social media. She is an engaging speaker who is passionate about all things related to social media marketing. She trains groups and individuals on how to use LinkedIn, how to market their business on Facebook, all about Twitter, Instagram, the best practices of Email Marketing, Online Marketing, and Personal Branding.

Romona was listed as one of the “best in tech” at DC Web Women’s Code(Her) Conference. She was a guest content strategy speaker for the Code(Her) Conference. She has spoken to thousands of small business owners and nonprofits and has conducted workshops and webinars for several organizations including Google, Social Media Week DC, Maryland Hispanic Business Conference, National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB), and the National Black MBA Association, Inc. DC Chapter (NBMBAA).
