Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training Academy - Lynchburg, VA

*WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

The Behavior Analyst Certification Board has established standards for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). This credential was created to establish training standards for staff who are responsible for working directly with student/clients. Commonwealth Autism offers this training program for individuals interested in pursuing this credential. This dynamic "in person" training provides in-depth coverage of the RBT Task List and opportunities for practice and feedback.

This training program is based on the Registered Behavior Training Task List and is designed to meet the 40-hour training requirement for the RBT credential only. Participants will need to complete the other requirements for the credential on their own. The program is offered independent of the BACB. Please visit www.bacb.com for more information.

• Please note that the workshop will be offered a total of 6 days (Sept 5th-6th, Sept 12-13th, and Oct. 3-4th) and you must attend all to receive credit for the training.

• **NOTE: The deadline to cancel your registration with a refund is August 24th. After August 24th, you will not be able to receive a refund.
• Participants will be provided with all training materials and a certificate of attendance. A hour lunch break will be given with lunch on your own.
