IACP's 2nd Annual President's Gala

IACP’s 2nd Annual President's Gala, Friday, January 18, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. in the Infinity Ballroom at the Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach. At this dinner you will have the opportunity to witness the installation of the IACP Officers. You will be provided an exquisite three course meal, starting with an Impressions Salad of Mixed Greens, Belgium Endive, Seasonal Berries Candied Walnuts, Crumbled Goat Cheese, White Balsamic Vinaigrette. The next course will be your choice of Filet of Atlantic Salmon with Champagne Beurre Blanc Sauce, with a Caviar garnish; Grilled Black Angus Top Sirloin with Shitake Persillade; Dijon Cognac Peppercorn Sauce, Beef Tenderloin with Pomegranate and Port Wine Demi & Jumbo Shrimp Scampi topped with a Saffron Scampi Sauce, or a delicious Veggie Pasta Primavera. Any tickets and sponsorships purchased are non-refundable and are considered a donation to IACP. IACP is a 501(c)6 non-profit.  Tax I.D. #76-0354310. Contributions to IACP are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. $200 of the ticket price is attributed to the purchase of admission.
