Workshop: Are you managing the 3 Essential P's for Business Success?

Are you managing the 3 Essential P's for Business Success? -- This Northwest Indiana SCORE workshop is designed for prospective and current business owners who are looking to maximize their resources for business success.  Business owners are encouraged to bring their key employees and partners.

Managing through the 3P paradigm -- Easy to implement and easy to maintain

Do you feel like you are working hard but not gaining traction in your business?  If you have employees, would you like them to be more engaged and productive?  Would you like your customers to better understand the value you provide for them?

Harry Vande Velde III with Humane Indiana will walk you through the 3 essential P's of business success.  You will learn how to identify your highest priority/highest payoff activities and how to focus your energies and company's resources where they are most productive.

This workshop will be held on August 29th at 9:00 am at the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce.  There is no charge for this workshop and attendees will receive a copy of the slide presentation. Coffee will be served.

There will be an optional and informal networking session starting at 10:00 am after the presentation concludes.  Here you can ask questions specific to your business and brainstorm ideas with other attendees.

Limited Seating is Available and Registrations are Required.  To Register, Click on the Link Below:
