Jim Krupp is a retired operations executive with 45 years of experience as practitioner in multiple aspects of operations and supply chain management with a variety of Connecticut manufacturing corporations.
Background includes management positions in automotive, aerospace, electronics, hardware, and medical devices manufacturing and distribution.
Expertise in business and production planning, resource management, "lean" manufacturing, purchasing, materials management, logistics, and developing and implementing supply chain strategies and systems.
Certified Fellow in Production and Inventory Management (CFPIM) by APICS.
Authored over 60 articles published in variety of international professional journals.
BS Mechanical Engineering and MBA from University of New Haven.
