Purpose:
This workshop will offer interested community members and service providers a chance to learn about cultural differences and working with diverse audiences!
Description and objectives:
During the morning session we will offer the first unit of the training. This unit is taken from a program that was designed by the Washington State University Extension to assist professionals by expanding their skills in working with diverse audiences.

During the afternoon session we will offer an introduction to the Natural Helpers program, an Immigrant Welcome Center volunteer program offered to service providers interested in reaching out to the Indianapolis immigrant community.
