A Small Business Guide to Managing Employees
Note: although originall planned for Oct 23rd, this workshop is rescheduled for December 4th.
This workshop, being offered in Marion/Sumter/Lake county area, is of importance to business owners with employees.
Business owners often lack expertise in HR and related functions. This workshop will outline rules and regulations of many aspects of HR and detail various "best practices" owners may consider putting into place. These topics will be included:
