This session is on Customer Discovery.
The first step of Customer Discovery is to identify and validate an “unmet-need” in the market—a process referred to as “Testing the Problem/Need” or seeking “Problem-Solution” fit.
Nakia will cover how to move on to “Testing the Solution” the phase of discovery where the company tries to validate “Product-Market” fit.
Once the need is identified
- Can the company build a product that meets that need?
- How will the product/service deliver true value to the customer?
- How much better and/or less expensive does it need to be for customer adoption?
You will learn how to use prototype and minimum viable product testing to validate product-market fit, even for complex technology-based businesses.
