Do you know your Customers? Want to increase your Profits? -- This SCORE | NW Indiana workshop is designed for current and prospective business owners.  This one-hour information-packed workshop will explore the importance of knowing the needs and wants of current and potential customers...and why such knowledge is critical to the growth of any business.  Using real world examples we will explore the various approaches a small business can economically use to tap into the factors that generate customer loyalty and greater profits.

This workshop will be held on September 26th at 9:00 am at the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce.  There is no charge for this workshop and attendees will receive a copy of the slide presentation. Coffee will be served.
