PRICING: Knowing if your "Price Is Right"
Entrepreneurs often identify proper pricing of their businesses products or services as one of the key challenges to growing a competitive, profitable business. In this workshop, we’ll provide frameworks for how to think about your pricing: we’ll explain why pricing is so important, why pricing is really about positioning, what factors influence pricing, and how to avoid competing on price. We’ll end the session with tips to help you avoid common pricing pitfalls.
This workshop is sponsored by SCORE Boston and the Kirstein Business Library at the Boston Public Library.
It will be presented by SCORE Mentors Gloria Spence and Stu Agler. Gloria was the Director of Finance- Northeast Region- Hearst Television ( WCVB TV) at her retirement after a 37 year career. Stu retired in 2016 adter a 36 year career with ExxonMobil Chemicals where he helod a wide range of domestic and international positions covering finance, sales, marketing, supply chain and business management.
