Brownfield and Excess Soils Panel Discussion 

                                                                                                                                                                The introduction of the Brownfield Regulation known as the Records of Site Condition (RSC) under the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) and the Ministry of Environment Conservation and Parks proposed Excess Soil Management regulation has encouraged the redevelopment of lands otherwise abandoned due to contamination, as well as, the reuse of soils which otherwise have been disposed of as a waste at landfills.

Join us Tuesday, October 23, 2018 for a brief overview of the Records of Site Condition; O.Reg. 153/04, as amended and the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks; Excess Soils Best Management Practices (BMP) 2014 (proposed regulation by 2020).
