Contract Management Training with Devonshires
We've teamed up with Devonshires to deliver effective contract management training to our network. During this interactive training session, Mark London will delve into both the legal and operational nitty gritty of running repairs and maintenance and asset management contracts.
Audience
The session has been designed to really make a difference to those managing JCT/Planned works contracts. And will ecourage attendees to recognise common areas of risk and how to deal with them.
Please note - this will be more than just an introduction to contract management and is for public sector delegates only.

Mark London - Devonshires
Mark Lonodn from Devonshires will be running the session. Mark is Head of the Construction and Technology Team, and advises on all aspects of construction law, with a particular emphisis on contentious work. Mark has a wide client base and he regularly acts for Registered Providers, Local Authorities and Private Companies throught the UK. The vast majority of his work includes prosecuting or defending claims for time, quality and money.
