Leveraging Your Small Business Data for Enhanced Revenue

It is no secret that data analytics can prove to be exponentially valuable for companies of all shapes and sizes. In today's tech-driven and a customer-centric world, using big data is pretty much a requirement. The key to using big data is understanding what it can help your business achieve. This course takes a wholistic look at the small business in light of the opportunities to create a competitive advantage and growth using an asset they already have – their data.

 This course will summarize opportunity, the roadmaps to actualization, the gains, the fine prints and the inherent benefits when properly executed. It offers insights into how to recognize and take advantage of opportunities to leverage free and low cost technologies available today.

This workshop will:

  • Discuss the major barriers facing small businesses with respect to data collection, analysis, utilization, storage and security
  • Help you understand the benefit of having a scalable data collection strategy that grows you’re your business
  • Address how to create data collection opportunities for your small business
  • Discuss how to generate revenue from your small business data.

INSTRUCTORS:

Reggie Ezeh is a Data Scientist and President of Data Value, a data analytics consulting firm in Wilmington DE. He has over 20 years’ experience in Data Analytics, Statistical Programming and Data Mining. Prior to Data Value, he was the Assistant Vice President for Global Analytics and Business Intelligence for ACE insurance group. Has extensive analytics experience in Finance, Healthcare and Insurance sectors.

Reggie is interested in helping small businesses utilize the insights in their data to grow their businesses and create value.
