Overview:  Financial management, including management of the inflow and outflow of money, is critical to the effective operation of any business.   

You will learn and discuss:

• Financial management concepts
• Setting up and managing your accounts
• Understanding the usefulness of financial reports
• The essential financial tasks
• Using QuickBooks templates

Taught by SCORE business professional:

  Sid Landman has worked over 40 years in corporate America in a variety of organizations ranging in size from start-ups to Fortune 50 companies.  His career has been primarily in financial and operating management, but has also included general management and consulting.  Sid has a B.S. in Economics and Finance from City College of New York and an MBA in Finance from Loyola of Baltimore.  He has taught financial management in the MBA program at Frostburg State College.
