Notes:

1.  We are now able to accept payment by credit card.  Please complete the form here, then go to tinyurl.com/wyd19cc to pay by credit card.  
2. Youth Ministry Leaders will receive a link to the list of participants registered from their parish.
3. The due date for all award nominations is December 31, 2018.
4. Please register with a unique email address for each participant.
5. The cutoff for receiving a t-shirt is Sunday, January 13th.
   
6. Scholarship is available for cultural communities, courtesy of the Office of Pastoral Ministries.  Please contact us to make your request.
