Learn how to effectively plan and implement a website project that supports your overall business objectives. This interactive workshop features two and one-half information-packed hours of essential background, tips and strategies to help you develop a professional website that attracts and persuades prospective customers. 

Workshop Overview:

Your website is the most important marketing piece your business will ever have! Yet many entrepreneurs don’t know where to start or how to organize an effective website project. They cobble a site together just to get a presence online or trust unqualified people to do it for them. Many do this without realizing the damage their poorly developed site may be doing or the opportunities they are losing.

 This workshop is for early stage website planning and development, whether you plan to do your own or manage an outsourced website designer. Tim Smith starts at the beginning and walks you through the various decisions you’ll need to make to develop an effective site.

 You’ll learn how to plan and organize a website project, from the technology platform to design to content to site strategy. You’ll also gain many of the important basics that help a website attract, educate, persuade and convert site visitors into customers.

 The workshop includes various interactive exercises, planning templates and checklists that will help you move effectively through the development process.
