As the construction industry continues to boom in the region, observation and inspection of facilities and underground utilities are being emphasized more than ever. When should you call a certified agency to perform these services? Or can you perform them yourself, as the owner or engineer? Having foundational knowledge about inspection and observation practices during the construction process can ensure that the project is successfully executed and documented.
The course will be a half-day beginning at 8:30am and ending at 12:00pm. The material discussed in this course will provide a general overview of the steps and knowledge required to oversee the construction of both underground and facility projects from construction through facility start-up.
Instructors will be:
Bobbie Gilmour - Kennedy/Jenks
Todd Honey - Tacoma Water
Bill Routley - Tacoma Water
0.3 CEUs (APPROVED!)
Check in starts at 8:00 AM and class begins at 8:30 AM
