Creating Effective Business Plans Part I

Business planning is an important aspect of starting a business or growing an existing one. If you don't have a plan, you may find yourself going off in the wrong direction or worse making financial commitments to an idea that is not feasible. There are many issues that you must consider in developing a solid business plan. This is a two part series that will present an overview of Creating an Effective Business Plan:

Part I (October 18 2018) will explore what those issues are, and what questions you might want to answer before committing to your dream.   We will discuss the elements and organization of a business planning and give you an overview of the process.

Part II (November 1, 2018) will focus on each element of writing the plan. We will go through a SCORE business plan template and discuss various ways to address your planning needs
