THANKSGIVING BEER DINNER
Our much anticipated Thanksgiving Dinner is making a small change this year: we are trying out a new venue to allow us to better serve you. The Cleveland Convention Center has graciously offered to host us in their beautiful facility with their top-notch A/V systems. Guests this year can expect a little more room to stretch out, better camera angles and visual on the big screen!
Like year's past, Chefs Adam, Parker, Vinnie, and myself will cook way more food than you can eat. Oh, and we'll teach you all about your turkeys, how to brine and cook them, the side dishes, and dessert.
See below for this year's tentative menu and format. The dinner also includes a beer pairing with three of Market Garden Brewery's fine beers. A cash bar will be available with beer and wine.

PARKING
The Huntington Convention Center is located in the heart of Downtown Cleveland, and the atrium entrance from street level is next door to the Hilton Hotel. Parking is available on the street, at neighboring surface lots, or in the attached Huntington Garage, accessible from Lakeside Ave. Huntington Garage Parking is $10 per vehicle.
$45 per person covers instruction,Thanksgiving dinner, sampler beer flight coursed out over the class and dinner, intstruction and recipe guide/technique packet to take home.
