Presenters

  • Steve Engelhardt is privileged to have worked with literally thousands of businesses to improve their operations and finances. His primary career was sales of very of high tech products and software to the banking and financial industry. Steve also worked for two third-party consulting firms that specialized in increasing profits and cost control for clients.

    He is very skilled in teaching business owners and managers financial skills and how to "manage by the numbers". Particular specialties are: sales metrics and forecasting, hiring and developing successful employees, writing effective proposals, developing presentations and techniques for cost justification of major purchases.

    Steve is a former bank holding company director and currently serves on the boards of a travel company, semiconductor company and the East Valley Institute of Technology Banking School where he also teaches.
  • Dave Miller Dave Miller. B.S.I.E. is a Certified SCORE Mentor. After Graduating in Engineering Dave went to work with GE in Technical marketing. He was at GE when they invented Strategic Planning and was Manager of Strategic Planning of one of their Division. His career was in Industrial Automation involving Business to Business technology oriented products and systems. Starting in Sales he grew into General Management running businesses from $40M to $350M in large companies and also participated in three start ups and spent time in Venture Capital.
