Kevin is an Owner and Broker for Century 21 Top Reality. He has 16 years experience in property management, property renovations, evaluating investment properties, contract negotiation and commercial real estate. Kevin has bought and sold over 120 properties and managed over 100 home renovations. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
Robert Chan, Realtor Century 21
Robert has been a realtor since 2016 and is the owner of Hometrade4U LLC, a real estate investment company. He provides consultation services to clients on buying and selling properties. Robert has experience with marketing, searching, funding, rehabilitating, negotiations and creative exit strategies in single-family properties. Robert has held various engineering positions in the oil and gas industry and has a BS in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of New Orleans.
