Our presenters, Jessica Huffman (Business Outreach Librarian for the James J Hill Center) and Charles Mosner (Lead Librarian for the Ramsey County Library) have years of experience in working with the start-up business community and making it easy to leverage the resources available. Charles provides daily reference assistance, instructs classes promoting digital literacy, manages the library's selection of electronic resources, and organizes its programming for small businesses. Jessica leads the digital resource learning and delivery program for James J Hill Center with a special emphasis on working side by side with Hill members on the many resources available at the James J Hill Center.
