What are the best ways to turn your employees into your greatest business asset? This workshop will show you how to identify, manage and develop talent by using practical, tested techniques to help you grow your business.
Hiring the right people: How you go about selecting people for your business is more daunting than simply getting a “feel” for them or intuitively sensing that they are the right person for your business. You will learn about various selection techniques with emphasis on learning how to apply a very effective structured interview that will, in five simple steps, provide rich information that can help you select the right person.
Managing others: Understanding how to effectively delegate, conduct useful performance appraisals and providing meaningful feedback are topics that will enable you to bring out the best in others.
Developing others: Rather than making a critical mistake by relying only on current work performance to gauge readiness for more complex assignments in your business, you will learn how to distinguish between current and future work expectations and how to use your business to provide often overlooked but potentially rich developmental opportunities.
